Teaching the importance of a proper warm-up, cool-down, and stretching routine
Eligibility: Camp is open to all students entering grades 3 through 8
Dates: Tuesday/Thursday
Week 1: July 7, 9
Week 2: July 14, 16
Week 3: July 21, 23
Week 4: July 28, 30
Week 5: Aug 4, 6
Location: Ballston Spa HS Track, SPAC, Luther Forest or other local parks
Time: 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Cost: $100
Required Equipment:
Running shoes
Running attire
Water bottle
Running watch (any watch that has a stopwatch function) if possible
